A good application must always constantly grow and updated time to time, especially if problems are found while the system is running. This is need to be done in order for a system meet the user needs, such helping them through the services and minimize errors made by users. One of the method to improve the system it is to perform Requirements Engineering according to user needs. Requirements Engineering process in Persuratan FMIPA ULM Application use the User Centered Design (UCD) method, because this method can directly involve application users in the system development process so that it can meet user needs. Based on the Results Usabillity Testing in Persuratan FMIPA ULM Application using the User Centered Design method, there was an increase in the average value of the Variable Heuristic Evaluation from 64.19% to 78.32%.
