The aims of the 2nd ICELLA 2021 are to provide a platform for sharing knowledge and discussing current research issues in education, languages, literature, and arts. The pandemic situation that we face today forces us to adjust the way we conduct teaching and learning resulting in the use of blended teaching and learning. Therefore, the main theme of the conference is “Blended Learning in the Teaching of Languages, Literature, and Arts” with several essential sub topics such as Creativity in Blended Learning, Practices and Challenges of Blended Learning, Online Teaching and Learning, Language Teaching, Language, Identity and Culture, Digital Literacy, Cross Cultural Awareness, Literary Studies, Multilingualism and Translanguaging, Oral Tradition and Local Culture, Digital Performing Arts, and other relevant topics.

THEME
Blended Learning in the Teaching of Languages, Literature, and Arts
Blended learning has become one of the promising approaches to teaching and learning. It aims to integrate traditional learning with innovative means, such as e-learning and open online learning, to create new learning environments in order to improve learning effectiveness and enrich learning experience. These smart learning environments are particularly suitable for the emerging “smart city” supported by huge heterogeneous network infrastructures which provide augmented experiences through mobile and smart devices that can mobilise learning activities, and at the same time facilitates the collection of learning-related data for learning analytics. Such a smart learning environment may be able to support a wide range of teaching and learning activities in different subject matters at different levels. ICELLA 2021 provides a forum for knowledge exchange and experience sharing among researchers and practitioners in this field.

November 1, 2019 – November 2, 2019It is a great pleasure to welcome colleagues and participants from around the world to the 1st International Conference on Tropical Wetland Biodiversity and Conservation ((CWEB) that will be held in Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan, Indonesia from November 1-2, 2019.
This conference will be hosted by Department of Biology, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Lambung Mangkurat University, Banjarbaru. The theme of the conference is “MAINTAIN THE TROPICAL WETLAND BIODIVERSITY FOR BETTER HUMAN WELFARE”. This event will relate to an integrated global perspective for a map out the various drivers and alternative scenarios as an integrative solution for an update tropical wetland biodiversity and conservation issues. The conference will provide an ideal platform to share information and discuss their scientific results and experiences, with particular references to maintain tropical wetland initiative.
